Village on Bantam Lake, LLC plans on building a 48-unit Senior Apartment building on the southern portion of the property. There is a significant need for senior and affordable housing in the Town of Morris. In fact, the Town of Morris made development of senior and affordable housing as their top initiative in the recently published 10 Year Plan of Development. There are long waiting lists at each of the senior housing complexes in and around Morris.
